The LA150 print apply system is designed to sit parallel to the conveyor to minimizes the obstruction of workspace and passageways. The LA150 is a compact and efficient label printer applicator system with the following features.
Printer -It uses a standard TEC B-SX4, B-SX5 or Datamax Iclass label printer. This provides the advantages of lower cost, easy maintenance and a well engineered reliable equipment with lots of support.
Applicator - A stainless steel welded frame combined with top quality pneumatics and a custom designed electronics control system creates for a tough,compact and light weight equipment which is easily installed onto the production line.
Performance - The LA150 will print and apply up to 20 labels per minute. The LA150 is primarily aimed at labeling static items but has worked satisfactorily with slow moving items. Labels can be applied from either side of a conveyor.
Applications- Weigh label or batch label to side of pallet, carton or bulk softpack, SSCC labels, spot labels.
Requirements -
Power 240v AC at 1amp
Compressed air 6 bar at 3cfm
Package trigger - relay contact or NPN o/c transistor.
Stand to suit.
