The LA500 is a compact and efficient label print apply applicator system with the following features.
Printer -It uses a standard Datamax Iclass label printer. This provides the advantages of lower cost, easy maintenance and a well engineered reliable equipment with lots of support.
Applicator - A stainless steel welded frame combined with top quality pneumatics and a custom designed electronics control system creates for a tough,compact and light weight equipment which is easily installed onto the production line.
Performance - The LA500 will print and apply up to 15 labels (130 x 75 mm) per minute (other label sizes may vary this rate). The LA500 is primarily aimed at labeling moving cartons but works satisfactorily with static items.
Applications - On the move labelling for weigh/label and batch label situations. Apply to front panel.
Requirements -
Power 240v AC at 1amp
Compressed air 6 bar at 3 cfm
Package trigger - relay contact or NPN o/c transistor
Stand to suit
Cartons must be guided to be within the applicator reach.

Signal light tree - OK, warning, fault
